NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Mary Ellen Collier, whose birthdate was 8/9/1937, and who lived at 455 Carefree Court, Niles, MI 49120, died on February 14, 2023.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Mary Ellen Collier Revocable Living Trust dated March 26, 1996, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Rhonda K. Johnson, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
