NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Melba I. Bestle, whose birthdate was 8/28/1939, and who lived at 2297 South 14th Street, Niles, MI 49120, died on November 13, 2021.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Melba I. Bestle Revocable Living Trust dated June 28, 2013, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Christina S. Hoyt, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
