NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Michael L. Heckathorn, whose birthdate was April 24, 1943, and who lived at 7209 Home Avenue, Three Oaks, MI 49128, died on October 24, 2020.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Michael L. Heckathorn Revocable Living Trust dated April 17, 2002, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Donna D. Heckathorn, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
