NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Norma T. Stephen, whose birthdate was February 26, 1925 and who lived at 1104 Flanders Pl., St. Joseph, MI 49085, died on November 19, 2018. No Probate Estate has been opened for Norma T. Stephen, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Norma T. Stephen Revocable Trust dated June 23, 1982, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to David L. Stephen and Nancy O Revas, Co-Trustees, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
