Notice to Creditors

TO ALL CREDITORS:

The Settlor, Orvid Isaac Harju, (date of birth April 21, 1924), who lived at 3303 West Valley View Drive, St. Joseph, MI 49085, died April 7,2021. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Orvid I. Harju Revocable Living Trust, dated October 27, 2009, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to John F. Harju and/or Thomas C. Harju, Co-Trustees, within four months after the date of publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
