NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Oscar John Whisler, whose birthdate was May 27, 1940, and who lived at 192 Sassafras Street, Coloma, MI 49038, died on November 20, 2020.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Oscar John Whisler Revocable Living Trust dated January 22, 2010, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Cheryl L. Fink, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
