NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Richard J. Gauthier, whose birthdate was 1/19/1934, and who lived at 1978 Rockey Weed Road, Stevensville, MI 49127, died on October 12, 2023.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Richard J. Gauthier Revocable Living Trust dated January 29, 2015, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to John R. Burg, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
