Notice to Creditors

TO ALL CREDITORS: The Settlor, RUTH R ALCOTT, (date of birth January 30,1935), who lived at 1451 S. Park Rd., Benton Harbor Ml, died March 29, 2021.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Jack and Ruth Alcott Family Wealth Trust dated March 28,2017, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to Amy Timm, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
