NOTICE TO CREDITORS – SHIRLEY D. DZIEDZIC

TO ALL CREDITORS:
The Grantor, SHIRLEY D. DZIEDZIC (date of birth: December 23, 1937), who lived
at 3403 Lakeshore Drive, St. Joseph, Michigan 49085, died May 24, 2023. There is no
personal representative of the Grantor’s estate to whom Letters of Authority have been
issued.
Creditors of SHIRLEY D. DZIEDZIC, deceased, are notified that all claims against
SHIRLEY D. DZIEDZIC or the SHIRLEY D. DZIEDZIC REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
DATED JULY 23, 2012, as amended and restated, will be forever barred unless
presented to MELINDA SPAINHOUR, Trustee, within four (4) months after the date of
publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust assets will thereafter be assigned and
distributed to the persons entitled thereto.
