NOTICE TO CREDITORS – SOPHIE WUTZKE

TO ALL CREDITORS:

The Deceased, SOPHIE WUTZKE (born May 3, 1937), who lived at 1603 Hickory Trace Drive, Stevensville, Michigan 49127, died December 24, 2020. There is no personal representative of the settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the SOPHIE WUTZKE REVOCABLE TRUST, dated August 8, 2014, and/or Deceased’s estate, if existing, will be forever banned unless presented to Esther Penn, fiduciary, within four (4) months after the date of publication.

Notice is further given that the assets will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to them.
