NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settler, Stephen Marc Waldon, whose birthdate was 11/05/1962, and who lived at 38 Dune Ridge Drive, Michiana, Ml 49117, died on December 28, 2024.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Stephen Marc Waldon Living Trust, u/t/a dated November 20, 2014, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Amy Waldon, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
