NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Susan G. Stoes, whose birthdate was 10/1/1938, and who lived at 13 Longmeadow Village Drive, Niles, MI 49120, died on October 27, 2023.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Susan G. Stoes Revocable Living Trust dated April 20, 1992, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to David Scott Glenn, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
