NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Theodore D. Bachunas, whose birthdate was 04/01/1935, and who lived at 614 State St. Apt. 1, St. Joseph, MI 49085, died on 12/10/2025.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Theodore D. Bachunas Revocable Trust dated December 23, 1988, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Kevin J. Geiser, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
