NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, William M. Hayes, who lived at 582 Tuttle Road, Baroda, MI 49101, died on January 9, 2018. No Probate Estate has been opened for William M. Hayes, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the James E. Long and William M. Hayes Trust dated August 12, 1991, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to James E. Long, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
