Barnes (P70571) BUTZEL LONG P.C. 317 Center Street South Haven, MI 49090 (269) 287-2010 An action has been filed seeking to quiet title to the following described land: Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 5 South, Range 18 West, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the centerline of State Highway M-139 that is 471.08 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Section 6, thence South along said highway centerline 120.0 feet, thence West parallel with the North line of said Section 6, 310.0 feet, thence North parallel with the centerline of said highway 120.0 feet, thence East 310.0 feet to the place of beginning; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East 75 feet for highway purposes; Tax Parcel No.: 11-03-0106-0012-21-6; Commonly Known As: 2624 M 139, Benton Harbor, MI 49022. Said action has been commenced by Plaintiffs, Randall S. Locker and Caryn A. Locker, against Defendant, Swan Oil Liquidation Company f/k/a Swan Oil Company, in the Berrien County Circuit Court for the State of Michigan, and Defendant must answer or take other action permitted by law within 28 days after the last date of publication of this Order. Defendant’s answer must be filed with the Berrien County Circuit Court, which is located at 811 Port Street, St. Joseph, Michigan 49085. If Defendants do not answer or take other action within the time allowed, judgment may be entered against it for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
