NOTICE OF CODE OF ORDINANCES AMENDMENT
The Royalton Township Board of Trustees, after public comment and consideration, does repeal and amend the Royalton Township Code of Ordinances, Article 9, Section 9.02 (J) 5. The Code is hereby amended to read as follows: “Any person, household, business or location committing, causing or having false alarm calls, within a one (1) year period, shall be subject to the false alarm fees as set forth in the Township schedule of fees. The Fire Chief shall have discretion of issuing false alarm violations”. A copy of the Code of Ordinances is available during regular business hours at the Township Hall, 980 Miners Road, St. Joseph, Michigan. This code amendment was declared and adopted at a regular meeting conducted on January 13, 2020 and shall take effect seven (7) days after its publication date.
