 Notice of a Meeting by the Royalton Township Board of Trustees

Public Hearing

 Royalton Township Residents:

 The Royalton Township Board of Trustees shall conduct a meeting that includes a Public Hearing scheduled for Monday, January 13, 2020 at the Royalton Township Hall, 980 Miners Road, St. Joseph, MI 49085, starting at 7:00 pm to consider the following:

• The Royalton Township Board of Trustees shall conduct a Public Hearing to review and consider a request to amend Article 9, Section 9.02 (J) 5 of the Royalton Township Code of Ordinances. This proposed Ordinance Amendment will repeal and replace the current procedures for fire department false alarm calls and the associated fire department fee schedule.

The details regarding this proposed Ordinance Amendment are on file at the Royalton Township Hall and may be viewed during regular business hours prior to the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, written comments will be accepted at the Township Hall during regular hours, prior to the meeting. All in attendance will be given an opportunity to be heard.
