Sale Date, Time, and Location
The real estate located at 2115 S. 3rd St., Niles, Michigan 49120 will be sold at a public sale to the highest bidder. The sale will occur on Thursday, July 13, 2017, at 10:00am at the Berrien County Courthouse, 811 Port St., St. Joseph, Michigan 49085.

Mortgage Information
The real estate is being sold because default has been made on the conditions of the mortgage on the real estate. The mortgage is dated May 11, 2007, and was given by SHAWN W REESE AND KYMBER L REESE, the mortgagee. The mortgage was recorded in the Berrien County, Michigan Register of Deeds on May 31, 2007.

Amount Due on Mortgage
As of May 12, 2017, the amount due under the mortgage is $138,411.75, which includes principal, unpaid interest, late fees, and attorney’s fees. This amount includes annual interest at 6.50% per year. The amount due under the mortgage will increase as additional interest, costs, expenses and attorney’s fees accrue on the mortgage.

Redemption Period and Liability of Damage

EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE NORTH 2.8 ACRES THEREOF.
