Regular Meeting Minutes

Regular meeting called to order, virtually thru Zoom, at 7:02 pm.
Roll Call, Present remotely; Gordon and Mitchell @ their respective homes, Osburn & Mangold @ their offices in the Twp. Hall and Zabel in Moore Haven, FL.
Absent; None
Guests; 4 guests viewing remotely.
Public Comment; None
Agendas;
Mangold requested to add to the agenda, Item 4, “Other11 a Pokagon Fund request that was received this morning.
Motion by Zabel, support Gordon, to approve the Agenda as adjusted. Motion carried.
Mangold reported the resignation of Electrical Inspector Charl’es Basinger, effective Sept. 16, 2021 when his Electrical Inspector certification expires. Motion by Mitchell, support Zabel, to approve the Consent Agenda with correction of Bills To Be Paid estimated total of $43,287.65. Roll Call; Ayes: Zabel, Gordon, Mitchell, Osburn, Mangold
Nays: None
Abstain: None
Motion carried 5-0-0
Old Business;
The status of Enterprise Park sale offer was given by Mangold. The sales agreement has not been signed. We are awaiting word from the Village of Three Oaks that they have been assured of not having any expenses for providing water/sewer to the property.
