Regular Meeting Minutes
June 11, 2018

Regular meeting opened at 7:00 pm.
Members present; Osburn, Gordon, Mitchell and Mangold
Absent; Cummings

Motion Mitchell, support Gordon, to approve additions to the agenda and
consent agenda. Motion carried.

Motion Osburn, support Gordon, to approve the consent agenda and June bills to
be paid estimated at $47,160.03
Ayes; Mitchell, Mangold, Osburn, Gordon
Nays; None
Absent; Cummings Motion carried 4-0-1

Old Business;
Mitchell gave update of Spring Creek School Preservation Committee. They plan
to meet on Tuesday, July 10 ,2018 @ 7 pm. Mangold checking with Township
Attorney as to questions concerning how to handle fund raising and donations.
Mitchell also reported that the Planning Commission reviewed the “stand alone”
Township Ordinances and recommends hiring out for codification.

Motion Mitchell, support Gordon, to adopt Policy &Procedure for the Granting,
Auditing & Removal of Property Exemptions.

Nays; None
Absent; Cummings Motion carried 4-0-1
Motion Mangold, support Mitchell, to adopt a resolution to Set an Alternate Date
for the July Board of Review for 2018.
