APPEAL OF ZONING VIOLATION
The Three Oaks Township Board of Appeals will be holding a Public Hearing on Monday, July 16, 20018 in the Township hall at 6810 US 12 W Three Oaks, MI at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the public hearing is at the request of;

appealing the decision of the Township Code Enforcement Officer, Ed Carpenter, to be in violation of operating a Commercial Business in an Agricultural-Rural Residential District per Section 3.07, and Article 4 of the Three Oaks Township Zoning Ordinance.
All interested citizens are invited to attend to express your views on the matter in person or by counsel. Written or faxed comments must be submitted to this office prior to the hearing in order to become part of the hearing report. Complete copy is on file at the Township Hall.
