MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Vidmantas Rapsys (deceased) original mortgagors, to CITIZENS BANK, dated and recorded January 27, 2003 in liber: 2338 page 2648, in County records, Michigan and then assigned to Waterfall Olympic Master Fund Grantor Trust, Series II, recorded November 20, 2015 in liber 3121 page 0114 and further assigned to MCCORMICK 105, LLC, recorded in , on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of sixty-nine thousand nine hundred fifty and 06/100 ($69,950.06), including interest on the applicable indebtedness at the rate of 4.000% per annum. This sum will increase as additional interest, costs, expenses and attorney fees accrue under the Mortgage and its related note and which are permitted under Michigan Law after the date of this Notice. No legal or equitable proceedings have been instituted to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, and the power of sale in the Mortgage has become operable by reason of default.
