PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLANNING COMMISSION

VILLAGE OF BARODA, BERRIEN COUNTY, MICHIGAN

Please take notice that the Planning Commission of the Village of Baroda, Berrien County, Michigan will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a special land use permit for the property located at 1549 Placid Drive, having the property identification number: 11-30-7200-0010-00-3, submitted by property owner Julie Belanger.

The public hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. local time at the Baroda Village Hall, 9091 First Street, Baroda, Michigan 49101 (phone 269-422-1779) on Tuesday, January 21st.

A copy of the petition may be inspected at the Village Office during normal business. Written comments submitted to the Village Clerk prior to, or in person to the Chair at the public hearing will be entered into the public hearing record. All persons wishing to appear at the public hearing may do so in person or by attorney.

This hearing is being held as prescribed by the Village Zoning Ordinance and the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, P.A. 110 of 2006, as amended.
