Organizational Meeting:      Tue., 3/05/24  @ 4:00 p.m.

Appeals Hearing:                  Wed., 3/13/24 @ 9 a.m.-12 Noon & and 6-9 p.m.

Appeals Hearing:                  Fri.,  3/15/24   @  9:00 a.m.-12 noon.; and 1—4:00 p.m.

Place of Meetings:                 Weesaw Township Hall

Purpose of Meetings:  HEARING OF APPEALS TO BOARD OF REVIEW

The Board of Review will meet as many days as necessary to hear questions, protest, and to equalize the 2024 assessments.  By Board Resolution, residents are able to protest by letter, if protest letter is received prior to  4:00 p.m., 3/14/2024. 

The tentative ratios are the estimated multipliers for each class of real property and personal property for 2024 are as follows:

Agricultural    41.80%            1.1961                                     Timber Cutover    50.00%      1.0000

Commercial    47.08%            1.0620                                     Industrial              45.52%      1.0984

Residential      43.83%            1 .1407                                    Personal               50.00%       1.0000

Developmental 50.00%            1.0000
