Description of the mortgaged premises: Situated in City of Coloma, Berrien County, Michigan, and described as: That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 3 South, Range 17 West, described as follows: Beginning at the center of said Section 20, thence East, along the East and West Quarter line of said Section, 478.50 feet to the place of beginning of the parcel of land herein described, thence East, along said Quarter line, 105.40 feet to the line that is 66.0 feet West of and parallel to the East line of West Street, thence Southerly, along the last described line, 121.0 feet, thence Westerly, at right angles to said West Street, 105.44 feet to a line that is 478.50 feet East of and parallel to the North and South Quarter line of said Section, thence Northerly, along the last described line, 122.20 feet to the place of beginning; Also, beginning at the center of said Section 20, thence East, along the East and West Quarter line of said Section, 396.0 feet to the place of beginning of the parcel of land herein described, thence East, along said Quarter line 82.50, thence Southerly parallel to the North and South Quarter line of said Section, 232.24 feet, thence Westerly 82.50 feet, thence Northerly parallel to the North and South Quarter line of said Section 233.22 feet to the place of beginning.
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a; or, if the subject real property is used for agricultural purposes as defined by MCL 600.3240(16).
If the property is sold at foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, pursuant to MCL 600.3278 the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
