BARODA TOWNSHIP – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – REZONING OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

BARODA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING,

For Rezoning, The Baroda Township Planning Commission will hold a Public hearing at the Baroda Municipal Building 9091 First St., Baroda during a regular meeting of the Baroda Township Planning Commission on Monday July 9, 2018 commencing at 6:30 p.m. concerning A request to rezone 1.35 acres located at 9296 Cleveland Ave. owned by Marlen Strefling and Amy Gorske, Parcel # 11-02-0015-0021-12-4 from Commercial to Residential. The Baroda Township Planning Commission reserves the right to alter the request at or following the public hearing. The application and zoning ordinance are available for inspection at the Baroda Municipal Building Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Copies of the application may be examined at said public hearing. Written comments will be received from any interested persons concerning the foregoing applications by the Baroda Township Clerk up to the date of the hearing, and may be further received by the Planning Commission at said hearing. Baroda Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services such as signors for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the hearing to individuals with disabilities upon seven (7) days’ prior notice to the Baroda Township Clerk.
