An action seeking fee simple title to real property located at 1690 M-63, Benton Charter Township, Michigan has been commenced by Benton Harbor Area Schools against Charles W. Gore, or his or her unknown heirs, devisees, or assignees; and Helen M. Gore, or his or her unknown heirs, devisees, or assignees (the “Defendants”) in the Berrien County Circuit Court, State of Michigan.
The Defendants must answer or take other action permitted by law within 28 days after the last date of publication. If the Defendants do not answer or take other action within the time allowed, then judgment may be entered against the Defendants for the relief demanded in the complaint.
