2026 DETERMINATION OF COST
A resolution adopted at a regular meeting of the Township Board of Buchanan Charter Township, held on the 20th day of August 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The annual assessment for each assessed parcel or unit shall be based on the year of the assessment in the estimated cost is $23.79 for 1 (one) year for each assessed parcel or unit in the District. I, Wendi Heyliger, the duly qualified and acting Township Clerk of the Buchanan Charter Township, Berrien County, Michigan, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and complete copy of certain proceedings taken by the Township Board of said Township at a regular meeting held pursuant to the Open Meetings Act on the 20th day of August 2026.
