Description of the mortgaged premises: Situated in Charter Township of Coloma, Berrien County, Michigan, and described as: That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 3 South, Range 17 West, Coloma Township, Berrien County, Michigan, described as: Commencing at a point on the North line of said Section 9 a distance of 1138.50 feet East of the North Quarter corner of said Section 9; thence continuing East on said North line 175 feet; thence South 0 degrees 37 minutes East 169 feet; thence West 175; thence North 0 degrees 37 minutes West 169 feet to the point of beginning.
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a; or, if the subject real property is used for agricultural purposes as defined by MCL 600.3240(16).
If the property is sold at foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, pursuant to MCL 600.3278 the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
