Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Greg S. Bly and Deborah Ann Bly, husband and wife, to Investaid Corporation, Mortgagee, dated July 30, 2003 and recorded August 22, 2003 in Liber 2419, Page 446 and Scriveners Affidavit of Correction recorded on October 1, 2009, in Liber 2899, Page 1839, Berrien County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage is now held by The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor trustee for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Equity One ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2004-1, by assignment. There is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Fifty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Six and 5/100 Dollars ($59,696.05), including interest at 2% per annum.

The redemption period shall be 12 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA §600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
If the property is sold at foreclosure sale, pursuant to MCL 600.3278, the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damage to the property during the redemption period.
