NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to MCL 600.3212, that the following will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public auction at the place of holding the circuit court within Berrien County, at 10:00 AM, on March 7, 2019:

Description of the mortgaged premises: Situated in Charter Township of Benton, Berrien County, Michigan, and described as: Part of the West half of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 30, Township 4 South, Range 18 West, which is described as commencing 661.6 feet South and 362 feet South 89 degrees 41 minutes East of the Northwest corner of said half, thence South along the East line of Agard Avenue as platted 198.45 feet to the place of beginning of the land herein described; thence South 66.15 feet; thence South 89 degrees 43 minutes East 134 feet to a point that is 134 feet South 89 degrees 41 minutes East and 264.52 feet South of the place of commencement; thence North 66.13 feet; thence North 89 degrees 43 minutes West 134 feet to the place of beginning, which now purports to be Lot 24 in Supervisor’s Plat of Kublick’s Subdivision, being a subdivision of part of West half of East half of Southeast quarter of Section 30, Township 4 South, Range 18 West, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a; or, if the subject real property is used for agricultural purposes as defined by MCL 600.3240(16).
If the property is sold at foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, pursuant to MCL 600.3278 the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
