1. On June 9, 2017 the 2nd Circuit Court of Berrien County entered judgment in favor of the plaintiff(s), First State Bank of Middlebury and against the defendant(s),  Majco Management, LLC,  Priority Delivery Service, LLC, Michael J. Majerek, Thomas E. Majerek, David W,. Majerek, and Thaddeus A. Majerek.
2. On May 30, 2019, 10:00 a.m.  at public auction to be held at  3rd Floor, Courthouse, 811 Port Street, St. Joseph, MI 49085 in this county, I shall offer for sale to the highest bidder all of the right, title and interest of defendant(s) in and to the following property:

The following described real estate located in Berrien County, Michigan, to-wit:

PARCEL I: Entire Lots 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57,126 and the South 160 feet of Lot 125 and the North 210 feet of Lot 127 and the North 419.9 feet of the South 899.8 feet of Lot 64 of Supervisor’s Replat of Friday Brothers Subdivision, according to the recorded plat thereof recorded November 27, 1934 in Liber 9 of Plats, page 41, Berrien County Records.
