NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Catharine S. Tingley, whose birthdate was November 5, 1937 and who lived at 7429 Columbine Dr., Harbert, MI 49115, died on December 23, 2018. No Probate Estate has been opened for Catharine S. Tingley, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Catharine Sizer Tingley Living Trust dated December 22, 1992, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Charles Bradford Tingley and Kristen Demay Tingley, Co-Trustees, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
