NOTICE TO CREDITORS – DELORA ANN INGWESEN

TO ALL CREDITORS:

The Settlor, DELORA ANN INGWERSEN, (date of birth November 16, 1934), who lived at 3003 Morton Avenue, St. Joseph, Michigan 49085, died April 17, 2013. Karen Ann Ingwersen is the personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the estate and Delora Ann Lau Ingwersen Trust, dated August 16, 1994, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to Karen Ann Ingwersen, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
