NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Donald G. Bodjack, whose birthdate was September 14, 1937, and who lived at 2390 Bay Pointe Dr., St. Joseph, MI 49085, died on November 2, 2018. No Probate Estate has been opened for Donald G. Bodjack, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Donald G. Bodjack Living Trust Agreement, u/t/a dated October 31, 2000, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Judith A. Bodjack, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
