NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, George R. Nuter, whose birthdate was 7/6/1929, and who lived at 10272 Gordon Drive, Union Pier, MI 49129, died on May 10, 2023.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the George R. Nuter Revocable Living Trust dated January 5, 2022, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Jeffrey G. Nuter, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
