NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Hans D. Schroeder, whose birthdate was 1/16/1941, and who lived at 4164 Grandwood Circle, St. Joseph, MI 49085, died on October 9, 2022.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Hans D. Schroeder and Susan K. Schroeder Joint Revocable Living Trust dated May 7, 2007, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Susan K. Schroeder, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
