NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Stephen E. Upton, whose birthdate was 5/7/1924, and who lived at 100 Ridgeway, St. Joseph, MI 49085, died on December 27, 2022.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Stephen E. Upton Revocable Living Trust dated July 8, 1971, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Elizabeth V. Upton, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
