NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, James Ertman, whose birthdate was 02/13/1942, and who lived at 1633 Johnson Avenue, Benton Harbor, MI 49022, died on 11/03/2025.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the James Ertman Declaration of Trust dated April 9, 2013, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Christine Visin, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
