TO ALL CREDITORS: 
The Settlor, DOLORES LAFAYETTE KRAKLAU, (date of birth January 15, 1932), who lived at 1254 Elm Terrace, Benton Harbor, MI 49022, died October 18, 2025. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the DOLORES L. KRAKLAU FAMILY WEALTH TRUST, dated December 20, 2019, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to PATRICIA VACILEK, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication. 
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it. PATRICIA VACILEK, Trustee
