TO ALL CREDITORS:
The Trustmaker and Grantor, James Friedel Jasper (date of birth, 12/12/1932), died 8/04/2023. There is no personal representative of the decedent’s estate to whom letters of administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against The James F. Jasper Revocable Trust dated 3/09/2001, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to Jean R. Jasper, Successor Trustee, c/o Foresight Law Firm, PO Box 150078, Grand Rapids, MI 49515-0078, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
