Decedent’s date of birth: September 27, 1938.
TO ALL CREDITORS:
NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The decedent, Janet F. Lane, whose address was c/o Grace K. Trueman, Honigman LLP, 39400 Woodward Ave., Suite 101, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48304-5151, died on October 1, 2021. There is no probate estate at this time.
The decedent was the Settlor of the Janet F. Lane Trust under Agreement dated December 7, 1994, as amended (the “Trust”) . The current Trustee of the Trust is David C. Lane, whose address is c/o Grace K. Trueman, Honigman LLP, 39400 Woodward Ave., Suite 101, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 483045151.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust , the decedent, or the decedent’s estate will be forever barred unless presented to the Trustees of the Trust within 4 months after the date of publication of this notice.
