NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Janice C. Hild, whose birthdate was May 28, 1944, and who lived at 3723 N. M-63, Benton Harbor, MI 49022, died on January 6, 2021.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Janice C. Hild Revocable Living Trust dated March 18, 2002, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Phillip J. Hild, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
