NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, La Verne G. Zeiger, whose birthdate was March 14, 1930, and who lived at 6621 Old M 11, Sawyer, MI  49125, died on July 26, 2020.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the La Verne G. Zeiger Revocable Living Trust dated July 16, 2001, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Dawn M. Rice, Co-Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
