NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, John Daniel Fetters, whose birthdate was March 30, 1927, and who lived at 1109 Flanders Place, St. Joseph, MI  49085, died on May 5, 2019. No Probate Estate has been opened for John Daniel Fetters, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the John Daniel Fetters Revocable Trust dated April 5, 1979, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Marilyn Louise Fetters, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
