NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, John E. Hirmer, whose birthdate was 6/18/1934, and who lived at 9496 Lakeview Drive, Bridgman, Michigan 49106, died on April 16, 2019. No Probate Estate has been opened for John E. Hirmer, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the John E. Hirmer Declaration of Trust dated November 18, 1998, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Elizabeth A. Webster, Co-Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
