TO ALL CREDITORS: The Grantor, Marc F. Deising (date of birth July 27, 1940), who lived at 1717 Gulfstar Drive South, Apartment No. 204, Naples, Florida 34112, died December 3, 2020. There is no personal representative of the Grantor’s estate currently to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Marc F. Deising Irrevocable Trust, dated December 24, 2012, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to the Trustees, Thomas Eversole, Lucetta Crosse and Brenton Deising, within four months after the date of publication.
