NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Mildred Kavlock , whose birthdate was April 14, 1922 and who lived at 4904 West Warren Woods Rd., Three Oaks, MI 49128, died on November 20, 2018. No Probate Estate has been opened for Mildred Kavlock, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Mildred Kavlock Revocable Living Trust dated June 25, 2013, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Roy T. Kavlock and Lori A. Kavlock, Co-Trustees, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
