NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Nancy J. Bowes, whose birthdate was June 8, 1955 and who lived at 336 Morning Walk Path, Benton Harbor, MI 49022, died on November 11, 2018. No Probate Estate has been opened for Nancy J. Bowes, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Robert J. Bowes and Nancy J. Bowes Revocable Living Trust dated January 11, 2016, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Robert J. Bowes, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
