NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Phillip L. Miller, whose birthdate was 08/01/1943, and who lived at 2835 Villa Lane, Benton Harbor, MI 49022, died on 01/25/2026.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against The Miller Trust dated February 17, 2015, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Bonnie E. Miller, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
